Measurements will be taken every month on the scale and with a skin fold on 13 parts of the body to obtain informationand track your progress.

A monthly subscription-based online platform which includes the possibility of being coached from anywhere. All you need is your phone and internet connection. It will be fully customized to your goals and therefor more succesfull then standardized plans. You can expect to have my support every step of the way.

A large scientific study among thousands that have fond sport fasting shows that people lose on average 5-8% of his or her body weight . In women, this is 2 - 4 kg and 3 - 6 kg in men.
